What does InnoTech Attendee Registration give me access to?
InnoTech Attendee Registration ($30.00) gives you access to all of the InnoTech Conference sessions, keynotes, exhibits and vendor seminars.  It does not include the IT Executive Forum & Luncheon OR the e-Marketing Summit Special Events @ InnoTech, both of which include lunch and requires separate registration & payment.

If I am registered for the IT Executive Forum & Luncheon OR the eMarketing Summit Special Events @ InnoTech, do I need to register for InnoTech also?
No, your registration for the two above events INCLUDES InnoTech.

What are the exhibit hours?
The InnoTech exhibits are open from 8:30am - 4:00pm on Thursday, November 6, 2008.

What are the times of the InnoTech Conference sessions?
There are numerous high quality educational sessions throughout the day. Click here  for a complete list of conference sessions & times.

When can I expect to receive my badge in the mail?
Badges will not be mailed in advance. Instead you'll be sent a reminder/confirmation email a few days before the event which includes your unique barcode. To expedite your on-site check-in, simply print out the registration confirmation and bring it with you to on-site registration, located outside Exhibit Hall 1, at the Cox Business Services Convention Center, where you will quickly receive your badge.

When does on-site registration for Attendees open?
Attendee Registration is open from 7:30am to 4:00pm on Thursday, November 6th. To make your registration experience quick and easy, pre-register online and bring your printed confirmation with you.

Can I get into InnoTech without a badge?
No.  All attendees, exhibitors and speakers are required to have an official event badge to attend InnoTech.

Can I pay for a Conference Registration by check or Purchase Order?
Yes, you can; however, please call 503-570-6295 or e-mail registration@innotechconference.com to do so.
The most efficient way to register is to use our secure online system and pay by credit card.

Is there a group discount policy?
Yes. To receive a group discount all registrants must be from the same company/organization. 

3 to 5 registrants                15% discount   
6 to 9 registrants                20% discount
10 to 15 registrants            25% discount
16 or more registrants        30% discount

Are students allowed to attend?
Sorry, InnoTech is a professional trade event and attendance is limited to qualified IT professionals over the age of 18.
