When can I set up my exhibit space?
Exhibitors can move into Exhibit Hall 1 at the Cox Convention Center from

2:00pm - 7:00pm    Wednesday, November 5, 2008

All booths must be set by 7:00 pm on Wednesday, November 5, 2008. Exhibitors will be permitted on the exhibit hall floor at 7:00am on Thursday, November 6, 20087 for final preparations prior to the exhibit hall opening at 8:30am.

When can I begin to dismantle my exhibit space?
Tear down will begin Thursday, November 6, 2008 at 4:30pm.
All exhibit materials must be cleared from the show floor no later than 8:00 pm, Thursday, November 6th.

What is included in each exhibit space?
Each 10'x10' booth space includes: BLACK booth carpet, 8' BLUE, BLACK & WHITE back drape, 3' high BLACK side dividers, a 7"x40" one-line identification sign, one 6'x30" BLACK skirted table, two side chairs and one wastebasket.

Does my booth space include electrical service?
No, because each exhibitor has varying electrical service requirements, electrical service is not included. To place an electrical service, telephone or internet service order please use the forms in your Exhibitor Services Manual or contact the Cox Convention Center Utility Services Division www.coxconventioncenter.com.

When will I receive the Exhibitor Services Manual?
The exhibitor services manual will be distributed via email in August and will contain general information, rules and regulations, lead retrieval, and hotel information, as well as all the various vendor forms that you will need to help you plan your participation in the 2008 InnoTech Oklahoma.

When is the deadline to pre-register my booth staff?
Please register your exhibit staff online no later than Friday, October 31, 2008. (It takes about 30 seconds...really!) 

When can I expect to receive my badge in the mail?
Badges will not be mailed in advance. 

You will receive a reminder/confirmation email a few days before the show which will include your unique barcode. To expedite your on-site check-in, simply print out the registration confirmation and bring it with you to on-site registration (outside Exhibit Hall 1 at the Cox Convention Center), where you will quickly receive your badge.

Does my exhibit fee include complimentary conference passes?
Yes, exhibitor registration includes access to all General InnoTech conference sessions, keynotes and vendor presentations, EXCLUDING the IT Executive Forum & Luncheon and the eMarketing Summit (which both include lunch and require separate registration and payment).

What are the Exhibitor registration hours?

If I am shipping in our booth display and materials when should the truck arrive?
If you are shipping your booth and/or materials directly to the Cox Convention Center, the truck must arrive between 9am - 7:00pm on Wednesday, November 5, 2008.   Shipments received at the Cox Convention Center prior to Wednesday, November 5, 2008 will be refused.  (Please see below for shipping to the advance warehouse).

If you are shipping your materials in advance of InnoTech, Event1 (our decorating company) will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning Monday, October 6 through Monday, November 3, 2008.

To avoid additional after deadline charges, materials shipped in advance must arrive by Monday, November 3, 2008. After November 2, 2008, plan to ship your materials DIRECTLY to the Convention Center (see above for address).

How many exhibitor passes do I receive with my participation?
You may register as many exhibit staff as you would like but remember, to expedite your on-site registration, please pre-register your staff by October 31, 2008.

Can exhibitor pass holders attend the keynote sessions?
Yes, exhibitors are welcome to attend the keynote sessions.
