Dr. Burt SmithPresident, Executive Marketing InformationDr. Burt Smith is the President of Executive Marketing Information, an Oklahoma City-based market research and consulting firm specializing in customer satisfaction.He is a past-president and national chapter excellence award winner of the American Marketing Association. He holds the Sales & Marketing Executives International's Certified Marketing Executive designation, the Certified Quality Manager designation awarded by the American Society of Quality, and was the first Oklahoman to earn the American Marketing Association's Professional Certified Marketer designation. He teaches Marketing in the School of Business at Oklahoma Christian University. |
