Dan MurrayChief Operating Officer, InterWorks Inc.Dan Murray is Chief Operating Officer at InterWorks Inc., an information technology consulting firm recently recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing privately-owned companies in the United States on it's Inc. 5000 list. #933 for 2009.Before joining InterWorks in 2008 Dan held a variety of increasingly responsible roles in accounting, information technology, operations and sales while at Wheelabrator Corporation, a global manufacturer of industrial equipment. His early career was spent at CR Bard a publicly-owned manufacturer of medical devises as a cost accountant. His 28 years of work experience includes significant roles in accounting, finance, acquisitions, operations, sales and information technology. As a result Dan has the unique perspective of an information consumer and provider. Aiming for immediate practical benefit, Dan has a high level of passion for data analysis and data visualization using the best practices and tools known today. Dan is a 1982 graduate of the Krannert School of Management, Purdue University and passed the Georgia CPA exam in 1990. He is one of the 1st 100 globally to receive certification globally as a Tableau Certified Professional in visual analysis. |
