When is the deadline to pre-register as a speaker?
Please register no later than Friday, October 31, 2008.
When can I expect to receive my badge in the mail?
Badges will not be mailed in advance. Instead you'll be sent a reminder/ confirmation email a few days before the show which will include a confirmation number tied to your registration record. To expedite your on-site check-in, please print out that registration confirmation and bring it with you to on-site registration, Exhibit Hall 1 at the Cox Business Services Convention Center, where you will quickly receive your badge.

Can I get into my session room the day before to set up?
No, the session rooms are available after 7:00am Thursday, November 6th only.
If I am shipping in my presentation materials/handouts when should they arrive?
If you are shipping your booth and/or materials directly to the Cox Convention Center, the truck must arrive between 9am - 7:00pm on Wednesday, November 5, 2008.
Shipments received at the Cox Convention Center prior to Wednesday, November 5, 2008 will be refused. (Please see below for shipping to the advance warehouse).

If you are shipping your materials in advance of InnoTech, Event1 (our decorating company) will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning Monday, October 6 through Monday, November 3, 2008.

To avoid additional after deadline charges, materials shipped in advance must arrive by Monday, November 3, 2008. After November 2, 2008, plan to ship your materials DIRECTLY to the Convention Center (see above for address).
Can Speaker pass holders attend the InnoTech conference sessions?
Yes, speakers are encouraged to attend the conference sessions, keynotes and vendor seminars; however, the IT Executive Forum & Luncheon is an invite only event for executive level IT professionals only and separate registration and payment is required (includes lunch).
Can exhibitor pass holders attend the IT Executive Forum & Luncheon and/or the eMarketing Summit?
No, the IT Executive Forum & Luncheon (for executive level IT professionals only) and eMarketing Summit are not open to exhibitors. Only sponsors and paid registrants of the above two events are permitted access.
