Strategic CIO goals for AI adoption: Six priorities guide leadership actions, including focusing on ROI-driven use cases, improving data governance, measuring value, scaling pilots, embedding trust and governance, and preparing for autonomous AI systems. Each goal encourages actionable notes for organizational alignment.

Frameworks and readiness assessment: The workbook introduces frameworks like FEUD (Focus, Empower, Understand, Deliver) and RTF prompting (Role, Task, Format) to structure AI initiatives and prompts. It also includes a readiness and ROI scoring system evaluating leadership commitment, data quality, governance, and collaboration to determine AI maturity levels.
